So after talking with support on the phone, it looks like the switches are dead. It could have been a power surge through the network cables, which would explain why I lost all 3 of my switches at the same time.
My computers were fine, but I think they use a Z-Diode on the NIC to prevent frying it from power fluctuations, where I don't believe the netgear switches do.
To answer your questions though, there was no network traffic flowing and I was using the latest firmware.

Hello Torred,
Welcome to the community!
Blinking LEDs is an indication that there is activity on the port. If you are saying that the port LED blinks without anything plugged into it then that is weird. I have some questions to help us isolate the issue, I have listed them below:
- Does the switch(es) stopped passing traffic?
- Are they still detected by the ProSafe Plus Utility?
- What firmware version are you running on the switches?
Looking forward to your response.
Thanks,
