GS324T all ports show Link Down except the SFP ports

The GS324T when first installed worked fine, I then noticed not long ago that the connected ports were not blinking.  The two SFP ports for the internet in and out to the wireless router are functioning normally. First I unplugged the switch and plugged it back in, no change.  I updated the firmware to the latest version and rebooted, no change.  I reset the switch to factory default still no change.  I have connected a cable between two ports on the switch and the lights for those start blinking. Any help would be appreciated.
