Hello ryanvox,
Welcome to the community!
Well, this is pretty much isolated and points out to the GS608. This is a bit hard to troubleshoot since the switches are all passthrough units. If you have tested it on different locations and still shows slow speed then there could be something wrong with the switch. Try a test with only 2 computers connected to the GS608, assign static IPs on them and do a file transfer. If you will still get slow speeds, might as well contact our Support Team and have it replaced.
Thanks,

Thank you for your response. I think I found the problem. I had all 8 ports plugged in. I unplugged 6,7, and 8 and did a file transfer again and I got the speeds I was looking for. I don't know why having ports 6,7, and 8 plugged in would slow down 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. I think I am gonna get a different switch though. Thanks again.

Hi ryanvox,
You're welcome! It does not seem to make sense to me that it does not give the correct speed when all of the ports are occupied. Something is clearly going on with the device(s) but it will be hard to locate since this switches are only pass throughs.
