GS724T not be able to set time

Setting the local time will not work with this software version. The Netgear support people will raise this as a bug.
Setting the time with the SNTP option is working.
In my case it was only working with a real IP address of a SNTP server.
Choose IPV4 and encode the IP address, for example 87.124.126.49.
I didn't change the defaults for Port, Priority and Version
