Hi LaurenceC,
Just want to follow-up on this. Were you able to dismantle the stack and update the boot code of each GS748TS switch?

We were looking at going through this procedure later in the week :) But I do have another question, where can I find release notes for boot code 1.0.2.0 for this switch? Can't find them anywhere. We wanted to know if it was worth us just downgrading the new switch down to the 1.0.1.5 boot code and add it to the current stack to prevent downtime (they're all already on latest firmware).
Thanks,

Hi LaurenceC,
I have not yet tried to downgrade the boot code of any NETGEAR switch and I am not sure if that is possible. I won't recommend to downgrade the boot code of the switch because it might get bricked.
However, if you wish to proceed with it then that would be on your own discretion. It is available as part of the version 5.0.0.23 download. Once downloaded extract the zip file to reveal another zip file GS700TPS_TS-V50023.rar. Inside this rar file is the boot code GS7xx_boot-1015.rfb.
