GS748Tv5 bricked after power failure

The switch does not boot after a power failure.  I get this output on the serial line:

It does not accept any commands. Whatever I send, nothing will come back.  Is there anything I can do? Thank you

  • Assuming you are the original customer, request a hardware warranty replacement vis https://my.netgear.com/ - click on the hardware entry in the list (not on the button to the right) and follow the [Request a hardware replacement] process. If L3 support does see a chance on how to revive, they would assist. .
