GS752TP - POE Ports OtherFault
I have 2 GS752TP installed and only one is having the issue. Connecting IP phones to the ports when POE is enabled the phones will not come up and show OtherFault. Once the condition happens I must reset the entire switch to get the fault to go away. Usually you can diable a POE port and then turn it back onto recover but that also fails. I have uograded the switch to the latest firmware 6.0.1.14 and boot loader 2.0.0.11 but have the same problem. I am using only 123 Watts on the switch. I replaced the switch with the same model and having the same issue. Not sure what is left to do.

- I suggest that you update the firmware of your GS752TP to the latest v6.0.1.16 then perform a factory reset on it.
