GSM7328FS switch - Configuration via the Boot Menu?

The only way that we can do this is to upload the firmware via boot menu. Were you still be able to access it via console?

I can access via console, but it already enters the Boot Menu configuration.
From what I've noticed I'm missing the main settings such as backup, main image and operating system. In addition, it still generates an error in the CRC code.
I've tried to transfer stk files and even cfg through hyper terminal and tera term, but without it it can not find the remote device.
If you have an idea how to configure I am grateful and ready to test.

I'm sorry to say this, but we may not recover the switch anymore as we don't have any backup image to run the switch. It seems that the firmware upgrade has been interrupted. I may suggest you to open a chat / case online on NETGEAR support also be ready with a soft copy of the Proof of Purchase or Invoice of the device for warranty verification. If ever the device is still under warranty, an online replacement will be provided.

OK. I will try to get in touch, but the equipment is no longer under warranty.
If you have any binary file or update procedure or the configuration file or operating system or code of it would be great, since corrupted is really and can not go up in any way nor transfer into the switch, if you have knowledge of how Transfer the file into the switch that only enters the boot menu mode.
