Hi fabiogc,

Welcome to the community!

The only way that we can do this is to upload the firmware via boot menu. Were you still be able to access it via console?

Hi,

Yes, I can access the boot menu through the console, in fact it is currently the only access. But I can not transfer any files to the device or at least valid.

If you have a procedure or something, I thank you.

That is also the only way that we can recover or upload the firmware. May you be able to take a screenshot of the initialization of the switch?

    As you can see on the menu. Please choose "14 Upload a file through XMODEM" using the firmware that you want to upload on the switch. Please make sure that the firmware is now .stk format.
