GSM7352S Firmware update via TFTP
I just recently updated our GSM7352S firmware via TFTP and now I can no longer login with admin or other alternate accounts. Will I need to reboot or RST to gain access again?

At this point console access will not allow me to login with admin and no password or the password that worked before the firmware update. How else can I factory reset?
Have you already came across with this link and followed the steps indicated? If not yet, kindly try it.

I just rebooted and that didn't fix the problem. Do I have to reset to factory defaults?

Hi prodigerati,
You may reset the GSM7352S back to factory defaults settings then check if will be able to access its web-GUI afterwards. Kindly answer the questions below:
a. What is the exact firmware version you have uploaded to the GSM7352S?
b. What was the firmware version of the GSM7352S before you have upgraded the firmware?
c. What is the behavior of all the LED lights after the firmware upgrade?
d. Are you able access the web-GUI again after you have factory reset the GSM7352S?
I look forward to your response.

a. I upgraded to the latest version 8.0.3.49
b. 7.2.1.6 was the previous firmware virsion
c. Seems to be operating normally, network is functioning as it did before the update.
d. I can view the web-GUI login screen but it will not allow any username password combinations that worked before the firmware update. Yesterday I tried pushing the RST button (front left) to see if that would restore factory defaults. I am still unable to login.
I have ordered a COM to USB cable to try and reset the admin password supplied in the directions on the website. Anything else I should try?
