If a loop occurs in netgear and the network is not connected
For example, it was talked about when the network could not be connected due to the setting that was able to connect up to now, but was set to the Netgear M5300-52G.

Welcome to the community!
If loop occur in the Netowrk, it may cause switch CPU Usage high, and the Web GUI maybe not available for access via HTTP or HTTPs. So in this scenario, you cannot get devcie config from Web GUI, the only way is to connect console port.
Anyway, I suggest you can setup one syslog server and SNMP Server to collect some info from switch. It will help Network Manager to analysis the problem.
