JGS524PE Fan

Hi,   Has anyone else had a problem with the Fan light coming on after about 12-18 hours of the JGS524PE Switch running?  The Fan seems operational still and I haven't noticed any other problems as...

Hi JohnRo,

 

Thanks for the feedback and suggestions.  I have been trying them but have had no wins unfortunately.  The Fan light will come on after a number hours when restarting the switch.  I have tried this with older firmware, again upgraded to the latest firmware and with factory default settings.

Hi jsbrown,

 

If that is the case then the Fan could be dying since the LED for FAN only turns on on fan failure. It may still seem to work but probably the fan speed may not be consistent. I suggest opening a ticket to have the switch replaced. You may contact our Support Team for this.
