Hi informatica,
I would suggest that you disable the IGMP Snooping feature on the switch as all lights are green could be that a broadcast storm is happening in the network.

Additional info:
1. Even when I cannot get internet, all ports are still green in the switch.
2. Changing from wired to wireless solve the problem for all the devices, i.e., there are no drops after 5-15 minutes.
3. I have performed factory reset in the switch.
4. Rebooting the switch solves the problems fir 5-15 minutes, after that I lose access to the internet and to the switch again.
i have no idea what else I can do.

Hi,
thanks for the suggestion. Amazon replaced the switch and still had the same problem. I then took your suggestion and It worked! Big thank you.
I am now going to update the firmware with my fingers crossed.
