Loss of connection to management interface

Try these steps below:
1. Disconnect your FS728TP from your existing network.
2. Connect a PC to a working LAN port of the FS728TP.
3. Set a static IP address of 192.168.0.210 to your PC.
4. Open a browser like Google Chrome. Then at the address bar of it, type 192.168.0.239 then press Enter. Login to the user interface of switch. Enter "admin" and "password" as username and password respectively without the quotation marks.
Note: The default IP address of FS728TP is 192.168.0.239.
Kindly answer the questions below:
a. Were you able to login to the web-GUI of the FS728TP after doing the steps above?
b. What is the current firmware of the FS728TP?
c. What is the behavior of the LED lights of the FS728TP?

Dane,
After unplugging all of my devices I was able to get back into my switch. I have now been able to re-configure it back to my network settings and update the firmware.
This is the first time I have had to ever do this with a switch; thanks for the help.
