M4100-D12G-POE+ managment IP config not working
So we are trying to impliment this switch and went through the CLI ezconfig, and through the web interface with factory reset in between each since neither worked. The IP that I entered shows up as ...

Is your PC in the same subnet as the IP you give the switch?
What IP did you give the switch? What IP is on your PC?
From the CLI, forget ezconfig :) Just do:
enable (to enable the switch)
configure (to get into configure mode)
interface vlan 1 (to get into sub interface mode)
ip address 192.168.1.254 255.255.255.0 (or whatever IP+mask you want)
Then access the switch GUI on that IP.

What IP did you give the switch exactly?

According to your configuration, you want to use VLAN 100 as Management VLAN, right?
So please add the port(connect to PC) untagged to VLAN 100, and set PVID to 100. Then try again.
As your command 'show network' output display that the network is down, so PC cannot access to the Switch.

The issue is clear now, with that screenshot.
You are adding an IP address to VLAN 100. That is fine, but per default all ports on the switch are set to VLAN 1. Therefore, you can't reach the switch when you plug into it.
You can do one of two things here:
1. Set the IP address on VLAN 1 instead of VLAN 100 and then access the switch by plugging into any of the ports.
OR
2. Leave the IP address on VLAN 100 and make some access ports for VLAN 100 on the switch, that your computer can plug into.
