M4100-D12G-POE+ Firmware Upgrade Kills POE
I've tried several times to upgrade Firmware Version 10.0.2.13 to Firmware Version 10.0.2.26, but every time I have attempted, there is no longer any Power over Ethernet, even after doing a 'factory default' reset. In the PoE Configuration all the information is blank on the update (Firmware Version, Power Status, Total Power, etc) when usually there is information pertaining to its status. The only way I can get it working is by restoring my backup of version 10.0.2.13. Is there a solution or is there anything I've overlooked to get this working?

It seems that you encountered an issue regarding the firmware that the POE doesn't work at all right after the upgrade. Please try to upgrade it first to firmware v10.0.2.20 before upgrading it to v10.0.2.26. If it still didn't work then I suggest you to open a chat / case online on NETGEAR support and please let them know the status of your switch. This case might be escalated to the engineering team for further investigation.

Just tried upgrading to 10.0.2.20, I did get a "(GSM5212P) >PoE firmware download Failed" message on the console, so tried updating it another time with 10.0.2.20, then to 10.0.2.26, PoE started working again, thanks!
