      Hi Luke_M,

      Welcome to our community! :)

May you be able to try "save" or "copy running-config startup-config" to see if it will produce the same result? I will also inquire this case but it seems that the memory is corrupted.

    Luke_M,

I suggest you to back-up the configuration file then reset the switch to factory default. Let's see if saving will work on default configuration.

I'll try that on monday so I have clear logs to in case of my error, but I have done that.

The currnet config I have is blank, its essentially and unmanged switch right now.

        Luke_M,

The flash might be corrupted that is why you cannot save anything. I suggest you to open a ticket on NETGEAR support and please let them know the status of the switch. Please be ready with a soft copy of the Proof of Purchase or Invoice of the device for warranty verification. If ever the device is still under warranty, an online replacement will be provided.

        Here is our warranty policy.
