M4250 Defaults On Power Cycle
My work had a power outage and my M4250-40G8F-POE+ 480W started assigning addresses that were not in the same subnet. We have several of these switches in our office and this was the only one to have this issue.
I checked the programming against the others and these was no difference. I defaulted the switch back to factory and reprogrammed it, continued to have same issue.
I upgraded the firmware to the newest version (13.0.4.9) and programmed it once more.
The switch was now working properly until another power outage and has reverted back to default settings this time.

Welcome to the community! 🙂
On the web-GUI, go to Maintenance > Save Config > Save Configuration. Select the check box then click Apply. Your settings are saved. If you will restart the switch (or power outage), the saved settings are retained.
