Is your M4300-12X12F registered to your MyNETGEAR account? If not yet, kindly register it.
Kindly try to update to the latest M4300 firmware version which is v12.0.8.15. You can download it here then observe if the same problem will occur. Make sure that the switch is registered to your MyNETGEAR account.
