M4300-24X - multiple sudden restarts

Hi, Has anyone got confirmation that heat is the cause of restarting the switch ? Did replacing a factory installed PSU help ? I`m having restarts quite often - twice a day or one restart in 2-3 d...

Same problems here, rebooting every couple of days, temperature generally around 64 😞

This is in an air con comms room

Sorry for this issue, I believe we have addressed it fully in previous firmware versions. Please plan for a maintenance window and upgrade to the latest M4300 firmware version, 12.0.19.4

I trust this will fix this issue.

  Sorry to hear, it means that they are other possible issues - we need to open a case at our Technical Support in this is an IT installation, or at ProAVDesign@netgear.com if this is an AV installation.
  
  Please start with an email at ProAVDesign@netgear.com with a link to this thread, and with the Tech Support file out of this switch or stack (AVUI Diagnostics/Support Diagnostics; or IT GUI Maintenance/Export/HTTP File Export/tech-support in the drop down list).
  
  In the tech-support file, we will be able to understand better what is happening here!
