M4300-48X Temperature and memory

Hello everyone,

We have an M4300-48X ProSAFE switch with 44 10GBASE-T ports. It seems that we are experiencing performance issues with some connected computers. The temperature of my switch is 68 degrees Celsius, and the RAM is at 92%. The rear fans are stationary and do not spin. However, the temperature seems high to me, but I haven't seen any information in the manual regarding acceptable levels. I would like to know if you think these values (temperature and RAM) are too high.
