M4300 POE - not powering devices
I have a stack of M4300 switches. I have not changed their configuration in nearly a year. The power for the building goes out about ever few months. Once in a while you have to manually power the switches up in the correct order.
This last reboot had a different issue the POE in switch 4 doesn't seem to work - it shows in the web interface. PCs work. It says power is turned on but phones and cameras do not work. The GUI shows "requesting power" for the phones but never changes to "delivering power" I've already rebooted - any other suggestions?
In the web interface under System, Management, POE, POE Configuration it says "Power Status" - on switch f4 is says OFF - but that isn't a drop down - I can't change it. THe other three that work correctly say ON
Under System, POE, Advanced, POE Port configuration on all 4 of the switches they are set to enable.
I don't see any place to enable POE for the switch.
To be clear - I don't want to just enable it for a port or all ports - I need to enable POE for the switch.

Contact Netgear Customer support via https://my.netgear.com/ - most likely a broken PoE module or subsystem - to you got your life time warranty replacement of that failed M4300 switch..

Thanks we reset it to factory defaults and for whatever reason it is working again.
