M4300 Terrible Trouble
Has anyone been able to DHCP working from one of these?
I have added helper addresses and DHCP just does not want to seem to work correctly on any other VLAN besides Vlan 1
Does anyone ever have any trouble with VLANS just randomly not being able to communicate with each other?
No routing going on, both hosts connected to the same netgear switch. Every day it seems like someone is unable to communicate with the phone server which is plugged into this switch. After rebooting the phone sometimes it will come up and work. Very frustrating.

I'm just confused, what's porblem you facing? DHCP relay issue or routing VLAN communicate issue with each other?
Could you please describe more detailed one by one?
