m7100-24X rebooting

Hi there, I have two brand new m7100-24x switches, and both of them are rebooting randomly when on load (if I leave them powered without anything connected it won't happen)

I attached a serial computer to see what was going on, and the switch will reboot himself cleanly, I mean it's shutting down all the processes and restarting:

This happened with version 10.0.1.10 and with version 10.1.0.3

Today I upgraded to version 10.1.0.10 to see what happens.

Any hints on that?

Thank you.
