Module AXM763 (10 Gigabit Base-LRM) and mode-conditioning cable
Hello,
I read some docs that says 10 Gigabit Base-LRM requires mode-conditioning patch cords when used in a 62.5/125 multimode fiber.
Is it a Cisco thing or AXM763 also requires a special pat...

It depends on the switch. When a switch doesn't have necessary components to support 10GBASE-LRM, such mode-conditioning patch cords are needed.
That isn't the case with Fully Managed switches from NETGEAR, and your M5300 switch should be able to use AXM763 modules with standard fiber patch cord to your patch panel.
