Netgear GS728TPv2
I have my Netgear GS728TPPv2 powering up 20 units of Akuvox C315W indoor monitors. However, all the indoor monitors fails to boot. However, I have tried other Netgear PoE switches GS418TPP and GS510TPP and PoE switch of other brands. both works perfectly with the Akuvox indoor monitors. I have purchased over 10 units of GS728TPPv2. I would like GS728TPPv2 to power all my indoor monitors devices. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Thanks for the ping schumaku!
Hi JonathanChan,
Assuming that the GS728TPPv2 units are already updated to the latest FW and hardware checking has been performed already (Factory Defaults, changing Ethernet cables, and PD devices), it's most likely you'll need to request a replacement.
Just to verify, are the switches purchased recently and if so, can they be replaced with your reseller?
If not, please open a support case to further assist you (see KB here for your guidance).

JonathanChan does these switches PoE+ subsystem work with other PoE equipment? My stomach says this is an interop issue ... dear JeraldM
