Indeed you are correct, nothing was mentioned about MAC filtering for MS108EUP. So for your requirements the next device I would suggest you buy is MS510TXUP, although this device has no MAC filtering mentioned also on the manual but has port security that you can setup for protection. You may check page 375-379 from the link below on how to configure this.
