POST Issues GSM4248UX

The switch was working fine for a day or tow, but then we updated the software to the latest firmware. V13.0.5.24
Then we started having this issue.
Keep in mind that firmware updates, setting the new image to active, and finally starting these switches takes reasonably more time than e.g. a simple Netgear Easy Smart or Plus Switch, which can come up on a fraction of a second.
Is this a very new switch these days for you?
Don't hesitate to contact Netgear Support in case for assistance. Be prepared to provide insight what the switch console output does show.
