Problem with S3300 backup using NMS300

Hi, as in subject. After discovering switches, I have a problem with making backups of S3300 switches, it gives "File transfer error" prompt every time I try to make backup of these. With M4300 ever...

Have you tried to recreate the backup profile or backup job? Have you setup an external file server?

    Hi, yes I have external file server set up, also I recreated the task for S3300 switches and still getting the same result - "File transfer failed"

      Did you turn off the Remote management port? Have you tried contacting support?
