Prosafe 8 port switch model GS108v3 firmware issue

I need the orginal factory firmware that came with the GS108v3 8 port switch. The Pro Safe configuration software identifies it as model GS108E* but the model number on the switch itself is GS108v3. ...

    I was suprised as well and it did have a web management interface which according the specs it shouldnt have. I went and ordered a new GS108e managed switch today to replace it for peace of mind so I am gtg.

Hi namrevil71, 

 

Yes, I did check the serial number and it shows as a GS108v3. This is an unmanageable switch. I am not even sure how you got to update it, since it does not have a management interface. See the datasheet.
