I think you will need to configure the JGS524PE switches properly. For the recommended network setup, you may refer on the image below as reference:
Kindly answer the questions below:
a. What is the current firmware version of the JGS524PE switches?
b. Is your router also a NETGEAR device? If yes, what is the model of it?

Sorry for the delay of my answer.
Thanks a lot for your answer. I'm afraid I do not know to "set as trunk" as stated in your diagram.
From my understanding I need to flag port "23" and "24" on LAG ID 1 in the LAG config, then enable LAG ID 1. done
But then how do I set as trunk ?

Sorry for the late response.
To set the ports (or LAG ID) as trunk ports, you will just have to set it to "T" (T means tagged) on the ports. Then, click Apply.
