XS708E Jumbo Frames / Firmware-Update issue

Hello!   Please, i have a XS708E and i need to put both switchs (the other one is a Cisco SG500-28) to work together. Wich is the best way to perform this kind of setup? Theres any trick to do this...

    Kindly answer the questions below:

     

    a. Did you try to perform a factory reset on the XS708Ev2 then check if same problem occurs?

    b. How is everything connected?  It would be best if you post a screenshot or image (.jpg or .png file) of your detailed network setup.

      1. May times to factory default.
      2. Through all as XS708Ev2 communicate is dropped.
        client - Switch trunk - XS708Ev2 trunk - XS708Ev2 (dropped)
        XS708Ev2 under all client (dropped)
