Stuck in uboot after erasing flash M4300 GSM4352S

Hi,

After a particularly ugly power outage one of my M4300 GSM4352S switches would not boot up, with the LEDs blinking all over the place.  Watching the boot via serial it was complaining about corruption in some  file and going into a boot loop.  After power cycling I saw the Utility menu with one option like 'Permanently Erase Flash', which is of course what I picked, instead of trying to boot another image.

So now I'm stuck at the system booting into the uboot environment, but I have no idea on what I need to do to recover from this state.  I see plenty of options to try to boot or install files over tftp or dhcp, but I don't think that just trying to boot the latest firmware is the right thing to do.  What I need is a some form of recovery guide to tell me the steps required to get this reloaded with an image.
