Telephony OUI "H%G-UNDEFINED-UNDEFINED"

Hi

 

I have a GS748TP 48-port PoE Smart Switch (boot version 1.0.0.9, software version V5.2.0.11) and I am trying to add the Telephony OUI for some new poly phones with a OUI of 48-25-67.

However if I try to enter that in Switching>>Voice VLAN>>Advanced>>OUI and click add it changes the entry to H%G-UNDEFINED-UNDEFINED

 

I can't delete the entry either. Restoring defaults at the bottom of that page is the only thing that clears it.

 

We have slightly older POLYCOM versions of the phone with a OUI of 64-16-7F which add no problem.

 

Is there any way to try add the OUI via cli to see if that would work? I can't find any instructions on how to do so.

    Welcome to the community!

     

    There's no CLI for the GS748TP.

     

    Is it also the same issue when you tried adding it with a different browser and/or workstation?

    If possible, you could also try performing a reboot and/or a factory defaults to see if that resolves the issue.

      We actually have a number of GS748TP's and it does it on all of them, regardless of browser used.

      These are production switches so at this point I don't think I'll factory reset them just to get a couple of phones working.
