Using an M4250-26g4f switch for Dante

I am using an M4250-26g4f switch for Dante with the audio Dante template. In my signal chain, I have a Yamaha TF rack, a bunch of studio technology devices 3 Vmix machines running Dante Via, and an M1 Mac mini computer, running Dante Virtual Soundcard that is bringing in remote audio channels using Unity Connect. I am doing broadcast sports remotely and the issue is, 2-3 times a game my audio will drop out for 5-45 seconds and then come back with the speed ramped up 3-4x like it's playing catch up. I've spent time in a FaceBook group trying to resolve these dropouts and after exhausting almost every option, at a few people's recommendation, I am looking at setting the switch up from scratch, rather than using the Dante template. I am wondering if anyone could steer me in the right direction as far as the recommended settings for dante and the Ideal setup for this. Any help would be appreciated.
