VLANS Not working GS748TS

Hello,   I have a GS748TS that I am trying to configure VLANs on.   I am running into a small problem......   Under Switching --> VLAN --> Advanced --> VLAN Membership   Im not seeing the lis...

Kindly answer the questions below:

 

a. What is the current firmware version of the GS748TS?

b. Have you tried to reboot the GS748TS?  Does the web-GUI of the GS748TS still lock-up after reboot?

c. Have you tried to reset the GS748TS back to factory default settings?
