adding JGS524Ev2 SmartPlus to JGS524Ev2 SmartPro
i have a JGS524Ev2 SmartPro and want to get another. Netgear had a link to Amazon showing the JGS524E-200NAS, as either {Layer 2 SmartPro} and {Layer2+ SmartPlus}. about a $40 difference for SmartPlus.
q1). what is the 200NAS label?
q2) would daisy chaining the SmartPlus with my current SmartPro be an issue or better to stick with the SmartPro?

The XXXnnnE are all Smart Managed Plus switches on new marketing terms, not Pro. If you check the JGS524Ev2 label, most likley it says JGS524E-200[xxx], too. So all the same switches. Poor seller marketing, wrong, and misleading information claiming Pro.

200 is the hardware version 2, NAS is the packaging (power supply/power cable/documentation language). So this is (again) a JGS524Ev2.

No problem to daisy chain two switches. If you require more bandwidth, consider to configure a trunk. As mentioned above, these are Smart Manged Plus class devices.
