After GS116eV2 update firmware to 2.6.0.48, I lost my web admin service.

After I  update the firmware to 2.6.0.48, there has no Web Admin Service anymore.

I had run PortScan for the switch, only found 4 active port, those are :

Port Scanning host: 192.168.x.x

Open TCP Port: 110    pop3

Open TCP Port: 143    imap

Open TCP Port: 993    imaps

Open TCP Port: 995    pop3s

Reboot is no help :manmad:

  • Same issue here.  ProSAFE Plus config utility will also not connect. Get a dialog saying "Command is not supported by agent!"

    Please advise.

Wasn't the NDSP client disabled by a recent update?

This looks much more like a mail server than a switch. Try the NSDT to discover the switch IP on the LAN.

The NTSP discover same switch which has Mail server ports : -<

I had run telnet with  port 80/443 for the switch :

      Trying 192.168.xxx.xx...

telnet: connect to address 192.168.xxx.xx: Connection refused

telnet: Unable to connect to remote host

And run telnet with 110/143/993/995 is :

      Trying 192.168.xxx.xx...

      Connected to 192.168.xxx.xx.

      Escape character is '^]'.

      Connection closed by foreign host.

Factory reset ... and power it off (duplicate address on the network?)

Whie talking, you don't have to mask the RFC1918 addresses - we're all using the same.

Try the default config, with a direct connection to the 192.168.0.239/24 address with a direct connection from a computer interface on that same subnet.
