As far as I have checked the GS752TPv2 user manual here, there is no option wherein the ports gets automatically disabled if the device has been unplugged from the switch.
However, you can still configure Port Security. You can enable Port Security on all ports. You can specify the maximum number of dynamically learned MAC addresses on the selected interfaces. You can also specify the maximum number of statically locked MAC addresses on the selected interfaces. You can also enable/disable shutdown of the selected interfaces if a packet with a disallowed MAC address is received.
