Can't find XS708T rack-mounting brackets and screws

I'd like to mount above switch into a server rack. But i can find (or order) the screws and brackets that came in the box (see attachment for details, parts nr 3 & 4).   I've emailed Netgear custom...

    One month ago I’ve send them an inquiry but haven’t received anything back unfortunately. My follow up emails did not get anything either, and I tried different email addresses… I’m still looking for the parts. Is there another way to get in touch with sales?
