Dead ProSAFE Plus 24 Port Switch with PoE (JGS524PE)

Hi, my switch all of a sudden stopped working. It powers up but does not work. Factory reset button does nothing.

When I try to contact customer service it says the chat is busy right now and try again later.

When I try to contact hardware support it says something went wrong and to try again later. I've tried several times but get the same error message.

It's like Netgear have made it impossible to get in touch.

    DaneA appears there is a higher number of customers than normal having issues with the modernized my.netgear.com system recently.
