Disable POE on Switch

PoE is controlled by a handshake between the connected device and the switch port and it's power controller. There is no power in place unless it's negotiated as per the IEEE standards.
Consult the fine documentation - should not be difficult to locate: 24-Port Gigabit (Hi-Power) PoE+ Ethernet Smart Managed Pro Switch with 2 SFP Ports and Cloud Management GS724TPv2 and GS724TPP User Manual p.92 ff.
System > PoE > Advanced > PoE Port Configuration
8. From the Admin Mode menu, select the administrative PoE mode of the port:
- Enable. The port’s capacity to deliver power is enabled. This is the default setting.
- Disable. The port’s capacity to deliver power is disabled.
