FS728TPv2 After upgrade to 5.0.2.39 wweb interface not working

Dear all,

 

Here is the problem, I have upgarded the switch to 5.0.2.39 from 5.0.2.25. No errors during the process, but since then, I have lost access to the web configuiration interface.

 

Can't connect tu the swich for to configure it any more.

 

What should I do  and how?

 

Downgrade to the old version? Flix this version problem?

  • Problem fixed.

     

    Using the SmartControlCenter, I found that a valid DHCP address is not assigned to the switch. Default address 192.168.0.239 is assigned instead of a valid address for the subnet I have installed the switch on.

     

    Using SmartControlCenter I could discover the swich and its incorrect address and assign a valid fixed address. I can now access the switch.

     

    Problem fixed!
