GS108Tv2 won't take firmware

I have a GS108Tv2 switch that is currently at v5.0.0.8. I am trying to upgrade to the latest firmware (5.4.2.36) but the switch is not taking the file. It just sits there. I've tried resetting to defaults and tried using both the web interface and the SmartControlCenter. Neither one will work. I've also tried to download it to image 1 and 2 and it still doesn't work. Any ideas?

    A little but vague. Have unpacked the ZIP archive, and the file is GS108Tv2_GS110TPv2_v5.4.2.36.stk for example?
