Web search didn't reveal anything. What is this message?
This switch does not provide POE. I contacted the support, they had me update firmware, look at the lights, then offered a replacement, with proof of purchase. I sent it in and waiting for the replacement.

Hi msauer,
It seems that it pertains to a POE device connected to the switch. May I know if you do have any POE devices connected to it? Is it still providing power?

Well, no power at all, will RMA it. Nice to have lifetime warranty on these. Love it.

Then that answers the question. Please feel free to create a chat / case online on NETGEAR support also be ready with a soft copy of the Proof of Purchase or Invoice of the device for warranty verification. If ever the device is still under warranty, an online replacement will be provided.
