GS308E won't update firmware
I'm trying to update the firmware on my GS308E switch. It's running V1.00.01 and I'm trying to go to the latest: GS308E_V1.00.05EN. Once the transfer status bar gets to the end it hangs. If I wait long enough there will be an error message that the firmware cannot be downloaded. I've tried both Firefox and Chrome and tried going to v1.00.03 first with the same results. Is there a workaround to update the firmware?
I found a post on a different model switch that had a similar issue. I was able to upgrade by using Internet Explorer.
