GS724T v2 dead power adaptor
Hi, the power adaptor, Model ADP-40VP from Delta Electronics is dead. Apparently this adaptor is obsolete. There was an alternative made by Artesyn Model NLP40-7605J but this is now unavailable. ...
I am now in the same boat with one of my GS724T's power supply dead. Found a pretty beat up unit on eBay for seven clams. The case is beat up. But the power supply is reported as being good. So I just ordered that.
As replacement power supplies go, in case I have another failure, I was looking at the MeanWell EPS-45 (EPS-45-20240126.cdr). Attachment points are different. But looked like it might do. What do folks think?
You'll have to give it a try. If it has same output specs, then may work. Won't know until you try.
