is there a model like the FS728TP with less ports

finally, I'll try the GS510TP. It looks suffisant for 4 POE+ ports and with 1GE SFP.

Yes, there are models with less ports that can do PoE and have same feature set. The best option is to look at the Netgear Product Select page. Here you can specify your needs and you can then see what models fit best.
