JGS524PE fault

Hi all, i'have a problem with my switch, all the led of the switch are stuck in yellow color, no blink, no activity and the switch don't work. I have tried many times to open a case for it and for the sostitution but has no lucky. When i call (last call is: 20 minutes ago) and i select the correct menu i received this result: call in the correct time. Well, in the site the time i set to: 09.00 - 19.00. It's 17.53 now... Because is already closed? No lucky when i try the chat: The chat queue is busy right now. Try again soon. It's 3 day that i receive this message. Really? Really i cant speak with an operator in this situation? Am i a B series client because i don't have a business contract for support? Can i have a contact with the support pelase?

    Welcome to the community! 

     

    Assuming that you've already tried the basic troubleshooting steps such as performing a reboot and factory default, then the switch is eligible for replacement (warranty policy applies).

  • So far it has been my experience that Netgear support is garbage. Will not be buying their products again anytime soon (At all)

     

    Since I bought the modem/router I have "Complimentary support" yet no support ever answers
