Loss of bandwidth for the past month:
Hello,
For about a month now, I’ve been experiencing a significant drop in bandwidth—so much so that I’ve had trouble using remote desktop on another PC or accessing the server. At first, I thought it was an issue with my ISP, but then I tried connecting my PC directly to the router with an Ethernet cable. In that case, the connection speed was fine.
So it seems the issue is coming from the NETGEAR ProSAFE Plus Switch GS105E. I’ve had it for several years, and this is the first time I’ve encountered this problem. All Ethernet cables used to connect the three computers are category 7.
What can I do to restore normal bandwidth?
